Many of us have a difficult or complicated relationship with physical activity. Whether we avoid exercise, ignore injuries, set unrealistic expectations, or jump from one fitness craze to the next, the road to fitness is often a bumpy one. However, exercise doesn’t have to feel like a burden.

One hour session $70

Ten session package $630
(You may choose from Massage, Yoga and Personal Training.)

Note: If you have a previous injury or chronic health issues, you should consult with your health care provider before beginning a fitness program. In some cases, a note from your health care provider may be necessary to help determine if it is safe for you to participate in fitness activities. Prior to training, you will need to complete a medical information form, followed by a brief interview to discuss previous injuries, et cetera.
