Types of massage offered:

Swedish Relaxation
Traditional soothing massage technique, resulting in relaxed muscles, improved circulation, decreased stress and increased flexibility. During your massage, you will always be draped to protect your privacy.

Deep Tissue
Full-body massage targeting areas of particular stress and tension. Incorporates deep, therapeutic massage techniques and stretching. Ideal for persons with injuries or chronically tight muscles.

Table Thai
This 90 minute session combines massage with passive yoga to improve flexibility as well as promote relaxation. For this type of massage, please wear loose, comfortable clothing. All stretches are mindful of client's individual flexibility.

On-site Seated Massage
A comfortable and easy way to experience massage in the workplace. Focus is on the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. A minimum number of participants is required.

Each massage starts with completion of a medical information form, followed by a brief interview to discuss previous injuries, et cetera.
